RFID Law Proposed for Sex Offenders in California
On March 6, 2010, HLN news presented the idea that sex offenders should be chipped. The idea was expected. For several days previous, different news channels interviewed victims and families of victims of convicted repeat sex offenders. Psychologists were interviewed. The question was raised, "How can we stop this?" The interviewer suggested chemical castration. A woman on the panel pointed out that, when a psychologically disturbed (read, demon possessed) man is a serial molester or serial rapist, he will use fingers, tongue or whatever he has.
