Bachelor of Laws (1973), both from the University of New Brunswick. He had a distinguished law career in Saint John, NB. Most recently, he served for 7 years as Partner/Counsel with the Stewart McKelvey law firm. Previously, he was Corporate Counsel for Irving Oil Limited and Partner with the Palmer, OConnell, Leger, Turnbull and Turnbull law firm.
