TALIBAN ARMED STAND-OFF FBI POLICE EPA JULY 25 & 26 ,2009 ((HD))

TALIBAN STREET GANG STAND-OFF in EAST PALO ALTO JULY 25 & 25 ,2009 ((HD)) A Police stand-off starting on July 25 and ending on July 26 2009. Resulted from contact ID's from surveillance of Taliban Street Gang Members for warrants ranging from armed carjacking to federal crimes. The surveillance produced a targeted an address located at 2370 Ralmar Avenue in East Palo Alto. That house was then surrounded by over sixty police heavily armed officers from East Palo Alto, Menlo Park, San Mateo County Sheriffs Office, and The FBI. The standoff lasted long into the night and next morning. At one point after two AM a flash grenade was used to distract the occupants as SWAT teams rushed the house. Af few hours two occupants surrendered. Donelle Webster (aka JuJu) and Daniel Coleman, both were arrested at gun point.
