Remix Culture v. the DMCA
The MPAA thinks that ripping dvds should always be illegal, and that fair users should be forced to camcord if they want to make use of DVD clips. Georgetown Law Prof. Rebecca Tushnet explains why that's the digital equivalent of a literacy test and poll tax on free speech.
